I'm Josef, but most people call me Joe. I'm originally from Cape Town, South Africa, and I began my diving career over ten years ago. Since then, I've had the opportunity to work in both South Africa and Thailand before joining Dive Butler as an instructor at Patina in 2021.

While I absolutely love diving with sharks, it's really being outdoors that brings me the most joy. I’m passionate about working with people from all walks of life and different cultures, and I take great pride in designing bespoke trips and creating unforgettable moments for our guests.
